CONDITIONS FOR SPECIAL PROMOTIONS       
     
HB = Breakfast + Lunch only       
FB = Breakfast + Lunch and Dinner        
No Half Board or Full board will be served on 31st December       
       
Early departure will be charged for the full length of stay & no refunds are allowed for all bookings.       
No name changes are allowed, each name change will be considered as cancellation.            
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY        
Check-in: 15:00; Check-out: 12:00.       
no check out on 31.12.20       
Early Check in and late check-out are subject to availability. Any late check out after 14:00 hours will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the contracted rate and any check out after 18:00 hours will be subject to an additional full night rate. Early check in within 6:00 AM to 12:00 pm subject to room availbility and will be subject to 50% charges on RO or BB basis. Extended check out facilities is subject to availability and on request       
       
Airport transfers: AED 150 for pick up and AED 120 for drop off from Dubai Airport
